Sydney just got her Ballet Costume in the mail, even though we did not get to do our Ballet Recital this year in Mobile (Which thankfully she does not know she is missing), She LOVED her Costume!!!

Flip Flops

Sydney insisted that we ALL wear our flip flops today (That is all I can still wear these days even though I got the stitches still out). Harper is not a fan of shoes and kept them on all of two seconds.

Amazing Mother's Day

I had an amazing Mother's Day.  It started off with brunch at Cracker Barrel with the family and then the girls took an unheard of 3 hour nap at the same time (which mom got a 2 hour rest period and an hour to be productive) and then we had steak dinner at the house.  Did I mention NO cooking on mom's part.  What a great day!!!!

When I found out I was going to have another girl, I went a little crazy buying matching clothes for the girls. At my defense they were ALL on end of the season sale!

Fountains

We found fountains to play at in Huntsville too!  Yesterday turned out to be a little cooler in the morning and Sydney's lips were a nice shade of purple, but she had a blast!!!



Funny Faces

Sydney LOVES her little sister!!  Sydney's new thing is trying to "help" me by moving Harper.  Although Harper is small for her age, it does not always go smoothly!

MOMMY!  Silly mommy let a glass bottle fall from the grocery cart and land and break on the top of her foot.  I am very grateful that Shaf was not in the OR and he could sew me up (5 stitches) and his office staff could entertain the girls!

Hot Day!

It was a hot day in Huntsville yesterday so we headed to the Botanical Gardens to enjoy some of their water fountains.

We had a good time at Panoply this weekend with our friends.  It is the local art festival.

We went to the circus this weekend and good time was had by all! Harper slept through the first half (how I do not know becuase it was loud with fireworks and people screaming popcorn!)
