This is our second ultrasound at 13 weeks where you can actually see a head, spine, functioning heart, forming mouth, 2 arms and legs. Shaf did a good job drawing in the features so you know what you are looking at. He made one picture with curly brown hair and one with straight blond.

Those things always look weird to me... But the ones you posted seem to look like aver other one I have seen, so that is probably good.
